A Feast of Colour Exhibition
A feast of colour is my insight to the world around me. In particular my life submergerd in restaurants and my dealigs with the colourfull charactors within them. I am always on the move observing new images of colour. Wether they are vibrant dresses, beautifull exotic food or objects scattered in my world, they form impressions of colour tones in my mind.
I transfer them like notes of music on a score through the paradox of spontaneously planned poring, dripping and brush stroke. I create my markings as the life I see around me is released. These paintings are the passion and enthusiasim of my inner self.
“I never really know when to stop. I need the excitement of paint and colour to relaxe me, it becomes obsessive. Not anger obsession but a certain calm obsession . In many ways a balancing act between the every day assaults that life throws at you work family and so on. I guess you would call it a break from reality with an end result”.
